# Domain Layer

Purpose: business capabilities with single responsibility per domain service.

Rules:
- Expose stable domain APIs in `include/`.
- Keep implementation details in `internal/` and `src/`.
- No direct cross-domain internal state access.
- Cross-domain interactions must use events or Port interfaces.
