# 招财猫结构设计
版本V0.1
日期2026-05-18
状态:结构方案整理稿,后续尺寸以实物测量、供应商图纸和 3D 建模校核为准。
## 设计目标

本项目为带屏幕、手臂下压/摆动触发和旋转底座的招财猫结构设计。结构需要同时满足外观完整、屏幕可靠固定、底座步进电机旋转、旋转位置归零、手臂下压触发、内部装配可维护和后续打样验证。旋转底座归零和手臂下压检测使用两只独立行程开关,二者为同一型号。
核心目标:

| 归零/触发 | 两只同型号行程开关分别用于旋转底座机械零位校准和手臂下压触发,触发点均可微调 |

## 底座旋转驱动与手臂下压行程开关参考

两只同型号行程开关分别用于两类位置检测:一只用于旋转底座归零校准,另一只用于用户下压招财猫手臂并触发老虎机交互。旋转归零开关建议固定在底座固定件上,由旋转底座的归零凸台触发;手臂下压开关建议固定在手臂运动路径附近,由手臂摆杆或独立触发片触发。

## 旋转底座
步进电机用于驱动旋转底座,建议通过独立支架固定在底座或底座中框上。支架需要保证电机输出轴与底座旋转中心对齐,并允许少量调试空间。

注意:
- 电机输出轴与电机外壳不同心,结构定位应优先确保电机输出轴与底座旋转轴同心。
- 底座内部需容纳主控 PCBPCB 外形和安装孔位以 STEP 模型为准,结构设计时预留安装柱和线束走线空间。
